If you connect external accounts to Dotzr (e.g., Gmail, Google Classroom, Seesaw, Evite), we may access:
- Email headers, message bodies, attachments
- Calendar entries and metadata
- Invitations and RSVP details
- Notifications or school-related content
We'll access only the information needed to deliver the Services and maintain compliance with any applicable provider policies (e.g., Google API Services User Data Policy).

d. SMS Communications

Note: We may retain some data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies, pixel tags, and similar tools to enhance your experience and measure performance. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may impact some functionality.
Our systems do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. However, no system is fully secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and securing devices used to access the Services.
7. Children's Privacy
Dotzr is designed for parents and not intended for children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly. Parents may link their child's school accounts as needed.

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Services or by email. Continued use of Dotzr after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the updated policy.
