Mobile App End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. General

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Dotzr, Inc. ("Dotzr", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Dotzr mobile application (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Dotzr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use on a mobile device that you own or control.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App;
  • Rent, lease, or sublicense the App;
  • Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
  • Access the App to build a competitive product or service.

4. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Dotzr and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights therein.

5. Updates

Dotzr may, from time to time, provide updates, upgrades, bug fixes, or other modifications to the App ("Updates"). Updates are provided at Dotzr's discretion, and you agree that Dotzr has no obligation to provide any Updates or to continue to enable any particular features or functionality.

6. Termination

This EULA will remain in effect until terminated by you or Dotzr. You may terminate it by deleting the App from your device. Dotzr may terminate it at any time with or without notice if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOTZR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOTZR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Export Control

You may not use or export the App except as authorized by U.S. law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App was obtained.

10. U.S. Government Rights

The App is provided with "commercial items" and "commercial computer software" rights as defined in applicable U.S. government regulations, and any use, duplication, or disclosure by the U.S. government is subject to the restrictions herein.
